Using a Type 1 or Type 2 Volvo power steering pump and want to control your steering rate?

This open-source controller does just that, our harness plugs into the 3-pin connector on the pump and sends the necessary can bus signals to fool the pump out of limp/ standalone mode and control pump RPM to your desired rate of steering. At the same time, giving you the freedom and information to interface with the hardware and tinker with the software!

Say goodbye to extra labeling, breaking connectors, and electrical headaches on top of removing an engine.

This service will add a bulkhead connector inline with your harness allowing your harness to be easily managed and give your engine bay a clean look.

This kit provides the universal components for adding electric power steering to your current steering system. Can be used on any steering system.

If you are running a steering box or rack. The single pump will be sufficient.

If you have a full hydro steering system, you will need Twin pumps.

**** Pumps are in used but tested condition. New pumps are an additional 950 USD and can be used in your kit at your request.

**** It is recommended you upgrade your charging circuit with a “big 3 upgrade” and check your alternator provides at minimum 150amps. As each pump can draw 50 amps under extreme load.
